We are looking for an Account Executive to fill an immediate opening.
You will be an integral part of coordinating the planning and execution of marketing activities for our clients. You will guide the development of projects within approved plans ensuring activities are completed with a very high attention to detail, on-time and on budget. In many cases, you will be a main point of communication with the client. Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods brands, consumer or shopper promotions is a plus.
With the guidance of your manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of internal briefs to develop strategic solutions for clients. You will also be responsible for assisting in the management of internal and external resources, developing and managing client budgets, keeping status documents up-to-date and coordinating post-reports.
Ideal Qualifications & Skills:
2 - 3 years of relevant agency experience
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong client relationship-building skills
Strong project management and project coordination/execution skills
Ability and willingness to work in a very fast-paced environment with quick turnaround and tight deadlines
Detail-oriented, organized and possesses a strong sense of urgency
Ability to work independently, while keeping key senior account staff informed
